Following multiple requests, we’ve decided to fling our doors open on Monday nights. We’re now serving dinner from 5.30 – 6.30pm for pre theatre dining
(set menu available) as well as a la carte including our famous Farmyard
chocolate bar and all the usual seasonal suspects. All we need now is you!

             
 



Talking of labours of the fruity variety – thanks to all who came to our Flint wine pairing dinner last month. What a night! We’ll let you know when we book in our next one – keep an eye on our social media and newsletters. It’ll likely be at the start of next year – once we’ve recovered from the turkey invasion!



Thanks to everyone who came to see us at Porkstock last weekend, next stop ho ho Holkham for Christmas on Sunday 16th December! 

TOURISM AWARDS
We’ve just found out we’ve been nominated for a Norfolk AND Suffolk tourism awards under Best Marketing category – big up to my wife Hannah who spends much of her time prodding me from one cooking demonstration to another and organising me behind the scenes. It’s no secret to anyone that works with us that I cook and Hannah does EVERYTHING else, so fingers crossed for Mrs Jones.



Another example
of that is our monthly column in Norfolk Magazine called Dial H For Hacks – each month I lift the lid on how to get restaurant standard cooking into your home favourites. Last month steak, this month deserts, next month canapes. 





I’m also doing
a few cooking masterclasses over at The Dial House if you’d like to hear it from the horses mouth. Clever canapes class is Wednesday 24th

Made by the same Perrin family who own Château Beaucastel - they never compromise on quality, jealously guarding their reputation as one of the world's great, iconic wine producers. This is a lovely Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah Rosé, crafted in a style that is all the rage at the minute. Hailing from vineyards planted in the National Park, Luberon, a particularly cool location in Provence, thanks to altitude and cooling breezes. Soft creamy strawberries and raspberries on the palate with a fresh and dry finish.
